SHIPPING POLICY: Cutoff for guaranteed shipping is 2:00 pm EST Monday thru Friday if payment in full has been received. We will still do our best to ship the same day as your order/payment, but we can no longer guarantee that your order will be shipped if it is received after 2:00 pm EST. We try to ship on Saturdays if possible but we do not guarantee it.
We ship via US Postal Service, so there is no shipping on USPS holidays.
Priority Mail (2-3 days)
Orders over $19.99 are shipped FREE Priority Mail.
Orders under $20.00 are shipped Priority Mail for only $6.95.
Orders of over 1 kg but less than 3 kg (or equivalent size if order contains capsules) will be shipped in a flat rate box Priority Mail for $11.95.
Orders between 3 kg and 5 kg (or equivalent size if order contains capsules) will be shipped in a flat rate box Priority Mail for $17.95.
Express Shipping (1-2 days)
Orders over $19.99 can be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail Express for only $14.95.
Eligible orders under $20.00 can be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail Express for $16.95.
No Express shipping over 1 kg total weight or equivalent size if order contains capsules.

All shipping options come with tracking and delivery confirmation with no signature required. The carrier will usually deliver your package by 8:00 PM on the estimated date of delivery. However, we cannot request or guarantee delivery by a specific time of day. USPS Priority Mail Express means that the package will usually be delivered the next day (excluding Sundays and Holidays). Please bear in mind that USPS Priority Mail Express is NOT an overnight shipping option, this means that depending on your zip code, USPS work load for the day or last minutes changes in flight schedules, your package might be delivered in 2 business days. Orders to P.O. Boxes or US Territories will be delivered by the US Postal Service. Orders to APO/FPO/DPO addresses will be delivered by the U.S. Military Postal Service.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We only offer shipping within the US at this time.
Free samples are sent First Class USPS mail.
ORDER PROCESSING DEADLINES: Normally, orders received with payment in full before 2:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday (except holidays), will ship the same day. DUE TO THE CORONA VIRUS PANDEMIC, SHIPPING DEADLINE HAS BEEN MOVED UP TO 11:00 A.M. Orders received after the cutoff time will begin to process the next business day and will be shipped upon notice of payment. No guaranteed shipping on Saturdays.
HOLIDAYS We cannot ship on days when the USPS is closed. During those holidays when there is no postal service, our office will be closed. All orders made during that time will go out the next business day.
DISCREET SHIPPING: Your order is discreetly shipped in a plain unmarked package with the return address of Hawksbill Botanicals. The outside of the package will have no reference to what you purchased.
ITEMS ON ORDER (OUT OF STOCK): Sorry, we cannot accept orders for out of stock items. Please check back and place your order when the product is available. On occasion, we offer pre-order. If this occurs, you will see it in the CURRENT NOTICE section.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS: Our systems will send you an automated shipment confirmation email when we finish processing your order. Our shipping carriers do not pick up packages from our facilities on weekends, or on postal holidays. Therefore, if you place an order after our order-processing deadline, you may experience a delay between your shipping confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order. The time frame for the shipment method you selected will begin when the carrier picks it up for delivery.
PLEASE KNOW AND OBEY ALL LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS: Hawksbill Botanicals must follow the laws of the State of Florida and the State of Minnesota, our website and online store is regulated by interstate commerce laws, which fall under United States of America federal law. RETURN POLICY: At Hawksbill Botanicals, we are committed to your complete satisfaction of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and need to be at least 75% of the original volume. You are responsible for shipping charges to return the product. VISA/MASTERCARD – Direct use of your debit or credit card is now available. Please be aware that the charges on your statement will appear as HawksBillBota442031290678. We do not accept Discover, American Express or gift cards of any type.
eCHECK – This secure, web-based check processing option is great for those of you who normally mail a check. It’s quick and easy to use. Just enter your bank’s routing number and your checking account number on the checkout page, and the amount of your order will be debited from your bank account. The information is not stored in our system.
FOR ALL OF THE REMAINING PAYMENT OPTIONS, YOU MUST LEAVE OUR WEBSITE AND PAY THROUGH AN APP. We will be notified of your payment immediately and your order will go out the same day if payment is received before the shipping deadline of 2:00 EST.
All of these payment options require you to download an app and set up an account. These are simple to do and easy to use once you set them up. We are happy to help if you have any questions about setting them up. Some of them allow you to use a credit card to fund them. Some of them charge a fee and some do not. Please choose the payment app that is most appropriate for your circumstances.
VENMO – Use @Britta-Vitale as payee. This mobile app has become one of our customers’ favorites. Venmo is a ‘social’ site where others can see who pays who, but they cannot see what amount was paid. But you can opt to have your payment be Private and we prefer that you do that. There is a small button to check just above the payee info on the right side. If you do have your payment be Public, please be sure not to mention Hawksbill Botanicals or anything about our product. Just include either the invoice #, order # or the order date in the note section.
GooglePay – Use email@example.com as payee. Please note you will be able to use GooglePay only if it is connected to a bank account.
PopMoney – Use firstname.lastname@example.org as payee. This payment option is generally set up through your bank online. Not all banks support this service. This service transfers money directly from your bank account to our bank account.
CashApp – Use $BrittaVitale as payee.
