Shipping and Return Policy

NOTE: Change in policy. Shipping rates have changed. Please read the following for further information on the new rates.

Cutoff for guaranteed shipping is now 2:00 pm EST Monday thru Friday. We will still do our best to ship the same day as your order, but we can no longer guarantee that your order will be shipped if it is received after 2:00 pm EST. We try to ship on Saturdays if possible but we do not guarantee it.

We ship via US Postal Service, so there is no shipping on USPS holidays.

Priority Mail (2-3 days)

  • Free Priority Mail: orders over $19.99 are shipped FREE Priority Mail.
  • $4.95 Priority Mail: orders under $20.00 are shipped Priority Mail  for only $4.95.

Express Shipping (1-2 days)

  • $14.95 Express Shipping: orders over $19.99 can be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail Express for only $14.95.
  • $16.95 Express Shipping: eligible orders under $20.00 can be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail Express for $16.95.

Bulk Orders

All orders 1 Kilo and under will remain on the same shipping rates!

2-3 Kilo Orders will be shipped in a flat rate box Priority Mail for $11.95.

For orders over 1 Kilo shipped Express you must contact us for a special shipping rate.

For orders over 3 Kilos you must contact us for a special shipping rate for both Priority and Express.

All shipping options come with tracking and delivery confirmation with no signature required. The carrier will usually deliver your package by 8:00 PM on the estimated date of delivery. However, we cannot request or guarantee delivery by a specific time of day. USPS Priority Mail Express means that the package will usually be delivered the next day (excluding Sundays and Holidays), but please bear in mind that USPS Priority Mail Express is NOT an overnight shipping option, this means that depending on your zip code, USPS work load for the day or last minutes changes in flight schedules, your package might be delivered in 2 business days. Orders to P.O. Boxes or US Territories will be delivered by the US Postal Service. Orders to APO/FPO/DPO addresses will be delivered by the U.S. Military Postal Service.

International Shipping:  We only offer shipping within the US at this time.

Order Processing Deadlines:  Orders received before 2:00  PM EST, Monday to Friday (except holidays), will ship the same day. Orders received after the cutoff time will begin to process the next business day. No guaranteed shipping on Saturdays.

Holidays: We cannot ship on days when the USPS is closed. During those holidays when there is no postal service, our office will be closed. All orders made during that time will go out the next business day.

Discreet Shipping: Your order is discreetly shipped in a plain unmarked package with the return address of Hawksbill Botanicals. The outside of the package will have no reference to what you purchased.

Items on Order (Out of Stock): If an item is currently out of stock, there will be a date listed next to the product stating when we should be receiving the product back in stock. Sorry, we cannot accept orders for out of stock items. Please check back and place your order when the product is available.

Shipping Confirmation Emails: Our systems will send you an automated shipment confirmation email when we finish processing your order. Our shipping carriers do not pick up packages from our facilities on weekends, or on postal holidays. Therefore, if you place an order after our order-processing deadline, you may experience a delay between your shipping confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order. The time frame for the shipment method you selected will begin when the carrier picks it up for delivery.

Please Know and Obey all local Laws and Regulations: Hawksbill Botanicals must follow the laws of the State of Florida, our website and online store is regulated by interstate commerce laws, which fall under United States of America federal law. Outside of Florida, Hawksbill Botanicals cannot and is not making any claims as to the legality of any of the products available for purchase. It is the sole responsibility of each individual customer to comply with all laws and regulations of the particular jurisdiction in which the customer places and/or receives their respective order/orders.

Orders can only be shipped to the billing address of the card used to place the order: Any order with different billing and shipping addresses will be canceled. We do this to help protect our customers from fraud. Every order is reviewed prior to being charged. If you are a return customer with an account registered and wish to have your order shipped to a different address please call or email us to place an order. Exceptions can be made for APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please contact us for more info.

Return Policy: At Hawksbill Botanicals, we are committed to your complete satisfaction of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and need to be at least 75% of the original volume. You are responsible for shipping charges to return the product. Please include the shipping notice with your return. If you do not have the shipping notice, please contact us at hawksbillbotanicals@gmail.com.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
